ICSN Run 2025 – Practical Information

ReThinkers, including volunteers from Aarhus' running clubs, will take you on a refreshing morning jog through the beautiful southern district of Aarhus.

The run will kickstart your energy for the day's program and will last approximately 30-45 minutes. We will run along the seaside, passing by Mindeparken (the Memorial Park) and Marselisborg Palace, used by the Danish royal family. The route is approximately 5.5 km.

We’re excited to see so many ICSN 2025 delegates joining the ICSN Run on June 19 and 20!

Before you pack your running shoes, here are a few practical details to keep in mind!

Meeting point:
All registered runners are requested to meet at the conference venue Centralværkstedet, located at Værkmestergade 9, 8000 Aarhus C.

Meeting time:
06:25 in the courtyard – the run starts promptly at 06:30.

Details:

To sign up for the running group, please refer to the registration form. Participation in the ICSN Run is free of charge.
Volunteer host runners from Aarhus 1900 will guide the run.
Runners will be randomly divided into four teams of approximately 20 runners, grouped by running pace.
The route is approx. 5 - 6 km and will take around 45 minutes.
Expect to be back by 07:15, with time to prepare for the conference day.

Please note:
We know Aarhus is beautiful! Our host runners are happy to pause for a few quick photo stops upon request, but we will make sure everyone gets back in time for the conference.
