Speakers Room

All oral presenters can receive assistance with IT-related questions throughout the conference.

An IT technician will be available according to the below time schedule in the Speakers Room, and will also be on hand to provide support during the conference sessions at Centralværkstedet:

Speakers' Room - Opening hours:

• June 18, 2025: between 10:00 – 13:00 am CET
• June 19, 2025: between 08:00 – 09:00 am CET and from 12:00 - 12:45 pm CET
• June 20, 2025: between 08:00 – 09:00 am CET and from 12:00 - 12:45 pm CET

The technician will assist with connecting any personal laptops or, alternatively, can receive a USB drive and use the local computer to facilitate presentation. Service will also be provided in setting up headsets and ensure proper functioning of the audio. The technician will be present throughout the entire session and will be available to assist with any technical questions you may have.
