31st Congress of the Scandinavian Transplantation Society

Invitation for Sponsorship and Exhibition

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to welcome sponsors and exhibitors to participate in the 31^st Congress of the Scandinavian Transplantation Society, to be held in Aarhus from May 29th to May 31st, 2024. The exhibition of pharmaceutical products and medical devices is an essential feature of the congress, introducing the latest innovations in diagnostic tools, therapeutics and organ preservation technologies.

Of the roughly 200-250 transplant professionals who are expected to attend the congress, the majority will be coming from the Nordic countries and Baltic states. They represent different fields of organ transplantation, including organ donation, transplant surgery, transplant medicine specialties, anesthesiology, transplant immunology, pathology, transplant coordination and nursing.

The scientific program will include a broad range of novel and exciting topics in the field of organ transplantation, including living donor selection, organ preservation techniques, monitoring and interpretation of donor-specific antibodies, emerging immunosuppressive therapies and artificial intelligence in transplant care. Lectures will be delivered by leading Nordic and international experts in the form of state-of-the-art lectures and symposia. In addition, submitted scientific abstracts will be presented as posters.

For sponsors we offer exhibition space and advertisements in the congress program. The venue, Helnan Marselis Hotel, provides companies with space for demonstrating their products or services. The area will also be used for food services, which will bring the participants in direct contact with the exhibition stands.
