Join us in September

The RIWC 2021 Congress will have a free physical exhibition in Aarhus for everyone with an interest in rehabilitation and assistive technologies. We invite you to display your rehabilitation solutions and technology at Aarhus Congress Center at 7-9 of September 2021. You will meet rehabilitation professionals, experts, decision makers and researchers who are attending the congress in Aarhus.

One price – two platforms

Although you will be attending physically, you will additionally be visible online through your virtual exhibition booth. Registration as a physical exhibitor makes you eligible for the same virtual exhibitor opportunities as a Silver Exhibition Booth. This also means you are part of the themed pitch sessions in the official program.

In the center of the event

There is currently expected to be 500 physical congress attendees in Aarhus. The exhibition is placed around the catering and near the main stage, so the congress attendees will have ideal opportunity to visit your booth.
