Abstract Submission

Presentation Guidelines
Abstract submission is closed, and notifications have been sent out.

Please carefully read through the following presentation guidelines if your abstract has been accepted for the poster exhibition or oral presentation at the conference.

The purpose of the poster and oral presentations are to spread good examples of research methods and research projects in nursing science in line with the main theme of the conference ”research methods and qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods, within the subject of nursing science''.

Presentation Guidelines

Abstract Deadline

Deadline for submission: 12 January 2026 at 15:00hours (CET).

Abstract Length

The title is limited to 25 words and should be written in sentence case. Please do not type a full stop (.) at the end of the title.

The abstract body should be no longer than 300 words in total.

Presentation Types

It is possible to submit abstracts for the following presentation types:

Oral presentation
Poster presentation
Small symposium

Abstract Structure

The structure of the abstract text must be:

Objective
Data and Method
Discussion of Method
Results/findings

Abstract Guidelines

The abstracts must adhere to the following guidelines:

Language: Abstracts should be written in English
Registration of authors: Names, titles, institutional affiliations, cities and countries of all contributing authors should be provided. The presenting author (not necessarily the first author) should be identified
There is a limit on 2 presenting authors per abstract
Each submitter is limited to 2 abstracts. There is no limit on how many times a person is listed as a co-author on submitted abstracts
All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference attendee app

Notification

All abstracts received by the indicated deadline will be evaluated by the reviewing panel. The submitting author will receive the abstract outcome decision letter by 2 February 2026.

Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final program.

Registration and payment is required by 1 March 2026. Failure to register and pay by this date will result in your abstract being removed from the program.
