Sunday – June 2nd, 2024 – Welcome drink and reception at the top of Esbjerg

We start at the top of Esbjerg, with a visit to the restaurant Plates. The restaurant is located on the 17th floor of the ‘A Place To Hotel’- in the very same building as your accommodation. The views here are spectacular.

The reception with a light dinner starts at 6.30 PM. 

If you arrive earlier, we highly recommend their Skybar (also on the 17th floor), which opens from 5 PM (not included in the registration fee).

Monday – June 3nd, 2024 – Dinner at the beach 

We take the bus to restaurant Sjelborg Strand at the beach. 

Here we will enjoy a dinner together with a view over the water, before the bus takes us back to the hotel.

Tuesday – June 4nd, 2024 – Guided tour and dinner at Esbjerg Hospital

We go to Esbjerg Hospital, University Hospital of Southern Denmark in Esbjerg. We start with a guided tour at different hospital departments. The hospital visit ends with a dinner at the top floor of the hospital before we go back to the hotel.

Wednesday – 5th June, 2024 – Congress dinner at Plates

On the final evening, we gather once more where we all started, at the restaurant Plates. Anticipate a relaxed and engaging evening in the best company, where the restaurant creates portions suitable for sharing, providing the ideal setting for lively discussions.

The congress dinner starts at 7.00 PM.

Again, if you would like to enjoy the view or meet with others earlier, enjoy the skybar which opens from 5 PM (not included in the registration fee).
