Abstracts

Abstract submission opens 1st of December 2023.
The deadline for abstract submission is 15th of February 2024.

Guidelines for abstracts can be found here.

Presenting authors will be notified of acceptance of their abstracts for oral or poster presentation by 15th of March 2024, i.e. before the end of the early registration discounted fees (15th of April).

Information about posters and oral presentations will be provided in the notifying email and on the website.
