Registration for the RI World Congress 2021 is open.

Updated Terms of Payment: Register now – pay later

We encourage all presenters and participants to register now, to create a great congress program covering all aspects of global rehabilitation.

If you have any questions in relation to congress registration and payment, please send an email to riwc2020@kongreskompagniet.dk and we will do our best to assist you.

Registration Fees

All registration fees include access to the total congress program and exhibition areas, and food and beverages during breaks.

Early registration before May 1 2020:

DKK 5,100 / EUR 675 / USD 740

Early registration from May 2 2020 to April 15 2021:

DKK 5,400 / EUR 724 / USD 783

Regular registration from April 16 to August 1 2021:

DKK 6,750 / EUR 905 / USD 980

Presenter's registration*:

Before May 1, 2020

DKK 5,100 / EUR 675 / USD 740

*One presenter per accepted abstract is eligible for a discount (DKK 2,995 / EUR 400 / USD 450) on the registration fee.

After May 1, 2020

DKK 5,400 / EUR 725 / USD 800 after May 1 2020

*One presenter per accepted abstract is eligible for a discount (DKK 3,500 / EUR 470 / USD 508) on the registration fee.

Late registration from August 2 to September 9 2021:

DKK 7,850 / EUR 1055 / USD 1,140

Personal assistant registration:

DKK 1,995 / EUR 270 / USD 290

Following your registration you will receive a confirmation mail. Make sure to check your SPAM filter if you do not receive one.

VAT

The RI World Congress 2021 is exempt from VAT, so all registration fees are listed without VAT.

Please note that this does not apply to accommodation.

Cancellation Policy - registration

Notification of cancellation must be in writing to KongresKompagniet. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date, the cancellation of registration is received by KongresKompagniet.

Before 1 April 2021 refund: 75%

Before 30 June 2021 refund: 35%

After 1 July 2021 refund: None

Cancellation of individual hotel reservations (booked via the registration link)

If cancellation occurs before or on July 6th 2021, you will receive a full refund.

If cancellation occurs later than July 6th 2021, there will be no refund.

Please note regarding grants and funding

The RI World Congress is organized by the non-profit NGO Rehabilitation International Denmark.

Due to a number of requests, we hereby inform you that unfortunately neither Rehabilitation International Denmark nor the collaborating partners are able to provide financial support for congress participants (including travelling expenses and accommodation). We encourage you to apply for other external funding and grants.

If at a later stage it is possible for the congress organizers to provide financial support, this will be communicated on the congress website.
