Please remember to bring your name tag to the conference dinner as this is also serves as your entry ticket to the dinner.
Each participant will receive 3 drink coupons, which are located underneath each plate on the tables. After the dinner, the bar is open with drinks at own expense.
Participants with special dietary requirements must collect their colour-coded dietary token indicating their meal preference or allergy status. You must pick them up at the bar upon arrival and place them visibly in front of you at the table.
