Registration Fees

All prices are shown in DKK excluding 25% Danish VAT
(VAT will be added to the invoice)

Participants

Early Bird Registration Fee: DKK 4.000 (5.000 incl. VAT)

Regular Registration Fee: DKK 7.000 (8.750 incl. VAT)

Students

Registration Fee: DKK 2.500 (3.125 incl. VAT)

The early bird registration fee ends on May 1, 2024.
The registration deadline is June 2, 2024.

Letter of Invitation
Enquiries for a letter of invitation can be sent to icac@kongreskompagniet.dk. The letter of invitation does not represent any commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation are only issued to participants who have paid their registration in full.

Insurance
Please check the validity of your own insurance. The meeting organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained or loss of, or damage to, property belonging to delegates or the registered accompanying persons during the meeting.
