Deadline and important dates

Abstracts should be submitted no later than October 20, 2025 at 16:00 (4 PM) CET (Central European Time).

Abstract acceptance email will be sent no later than December 1, 2025.

Presenting author must be registered no later than December 19, 2025

It will be possible to register as presenting author to the Early Bird fee until December 19, 2025 only by using the personal link sent to the presenting author.
