The congress takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark and the venue is the centrally located Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen.

Below you can see the stands that are still for sale - and on the interactive floor plan you can see where the stands are located.

Both the organizers, KongresKompagniet and the venue Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen will do their utmost to comply with any special wishes for your stand. 

It will be possible to build-up the stand on Thursday morning January 29 from 07.00 to 11.00. All stands must be dismantled at the latest Friday afternoon January 30 at 18.00, as the room will be used for another event. It will be possible to send exhibition material to the venue in advance. More information in the Exhibitor Manual which will be sent during December 2025.
