The XIXth Practical Course in Robotic & Laparoscopic Urology & Paediatric Urology is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. The course is granted 17 European CME credits (both paediatric and adult credits).

Waitlist and hotel accommodation!

We recommend that you do not make a reservation for hotel if you have a waitlist registration for the actual course.

Should space become available for the course you will be contacted by KongresKompagniet and at that time we can check availability at Cabinn Aarhus for you.

Payment of hotel accommodation

Please note that hotel accommodation should be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.  

Sharing a room! 

If you and a colleague, wish to share a room, this is possible.
It is important that only one of you book a double room. 
If not, then you will be invoiced for two double rooms.
Please note in the field "sharing with", that name of the colleague you will be sharing a room with.

EAN invoice (for Danish participants)

If you would like to request that the hotel send your accommodation invoice by EAN, please ensure to select that option on contact page. 
Please provide information on your organization, the EAN number and a payment reference under the contact section.
If this information is not provide during the reservation process, the hotel reserves the right to decline to send the bill via EAN.
Please note that the hotel will impose a fee upon the invoice.
