Welcome to the booking of stands and/or sponsorships for
the 40th Nordic Congress in Clinical Biochemistry 2026

 

In 2026, the Nordic Congress in Clinical Biochemistry will be held for the 40th time. The congress will take place from September 15th to 18th, 2026, at DGI Huset Aarhus. 
The congress is organized by the Nordic Federation of Clinical Chemistry (NFKK) and the Danish Society for Clinical Biochemistry (DSKB).


We expect approximately 500-600 participants.

Sponsorships

Gold: DKK 125,000 excluding VAT – 3 gold sponsorships (SOLD OUT)              

  • 1 x 20-minute* company symposium – room and AV equipment (projector) are provided – expenses for the speaker, travel costs, etc., are not included.
  • 10 m² stand – the gold stand is marked on the plan – a different location can be selected if there are available stands.
  • Logo on keyhangers.
  • Roll up in the entrance hall – provided by the sponsor.
  • Prominent logo on the congress website.
  • Logo on the screen in the main plenary room.
  • Banner in the congress app* – the banner will be displayed on the homepage of the app where sponsor logos are shown in fixed intervals. The logo must be uploaded in JPG or PNG format with a size of 1440 px wide x 200 px high.
  • Exhibitor profile with logo and profile text (320 characters) in the congress app. The logo must be 600 x 600 px and uploaded in PNG or JPG format.
  • PDF brochure in the congress app – to be uploaded as a PDF file, max 5GB
  • 30 stand staff day-passes*, including:
    o    Access to all academic sessions
    o    Catering on September 15/16/17/18 (depending on the day-pass chosen), including lunch and coffee

*All day-passes are personal and must be registered pre-congress (unregistered day-passes cannot be used during the congress).

 

Silver: DKK 90,000 excluding VAT – 3 silver sponsorships available

  • 1 x 20-minute* company symposium – room and AV equipment (projector) are provided – expenses for the speaker, travel costs, etc., are not included.
  • 7 m² stand – silver stands are marked on the floor plan – the choice of another location is possible if there are available stands.
  • Small logo on the congress website
  • Logo on the screen in the main plenary room.
  • Exhibitor profile with logo and profile text (320 characters) in the congress app. The logo must be 600 x 600 px and uploaded in PNG or JPG format.
  • PDF brochure in the congress app – to be uploaded as a PDF file, max 5GB
  • 15 stand staff day-passes*, including:
    o    Access to all academic sessions
    o    Catering on September 15/16/17/18 (depending on the day-pass chosen), including lunch and coffee

*All day-passes are personal and must be registered pre-congress (unregistered day-passes cannot be used during the congress).

 

Bronze: DKK 35,000 excluding VAT

  • 5 m² stand.
  • Small text on the congress website
  • Exhibitor profile with logo and profile text (320 characters) in the congress app. The logo must be 600 x 600 px and uploaded in PNG or JPG format.
  • 4 stand staff day-passes*, including:
    o    Access to all academic sessions
    o    Catering on September 15/16/17/18 (depending on the day-pass chosen), including lunch and coffee

*All day-passes are personal and must be registered pre-congress (unregistered day-passes cannot be used during the congress).

 

Other Sponsorships

  • 1 x 20-minute symposium - room and AV equipment (projector) are provided - expenses for the speaker, travel costs, etc., are not included. DKK 20,000 excluding VAT.
  • PDF brochure in the Congress app - to be uploaded as a PDF file, max 5GB. DKK 5,000 excluding VAT.
  • Product video in the Congress app - to be uploaded as a video URL. DKK 10,000 excluding VAT.
