Sponsorship / Exhibition

A range of sponsorship / exhibition opportunities have been created to allow each company to showcase their organization as best suits their needs and budget. Participating companies will receive the highest recognition in return for their support.

 

Platinum Sponsorship Package – DKK 100.000 (plus VAT 25%)

• Sponsorship of a lunch symposium of 45 minutes. The programme including speakers and titles of presentations will be posted on the conference website in advance.
• Company logo om the conference website in large size
   Room rental and standard technique will be provided during the symposium; projector, screen and microphones. One technician will be available.
• 1/1 page advert in the final programme (high resolution format provided by the sponsor)
• Discount on exhibition stand space fee (DKK 1650 instead of DKK 2200 per m2) and the possibility to select space first (If more than one Platinum Sponsor its first- come first serve)
• 6 free full delegate registrations
• 3 invitations to the Galla Dinner
• Company logo on screensaver and the possibility to sponsor the bags

 

Gold Sponsorship package - DKK 75.000 (plus VAT 25%)

• Sponsorship of afternoon symposium of 30 minutes. The programme including speakers and titles of presentations will be posted on the Conference website in advance.
   Room rental and standard technique will be provided during the symposium; projector, screen and microphones. One technician will be available.
• Company logo om the conference website in medium size
• 1/2 page advert in the final programme (high resolution format provided by the sponsor)
• Discount on exhibition stand space fee (DKK 1650 instead of DKK 2200 per m2) and the possibility to select space secondly (once the Platinum sponsor(s) have confirmed (if more than one Gold Sponsor, its first- come first serve)
• 3 free full delegate registrations
• 2 invitations to the Galla Dinner 
• Company logo on screensaver 

 

Silver Sponsorship package - DKK 50.000 (plus VAT 25%)

• 1/2 page advert in the final programme (high resolution format provided by the sponsor)
• Discount on exhibition stand space fee (DKK 1650 instead of DKK 2200 per m2) and the possibility to select space once the Platinum and gold sponsor(s) have confirmed (if more than one Silver Sponsor, its first- come first serve)
• Company logo om the conference website in small size
• 2 free full delegate registrations
• Company logo on screensaver

 

Additional Sponsorship items

A number of items are also available for sponsorships as addition to the main sponsor package. Please note that the below sponsorship items are available on a first-come first-served basis.

 

Lanyards - DKK 10.500 + production cost

The lanyard with your company logo is handed out to all registered delegates together with the name badge.

 

Bottled water - DKK 10.500 + production cost

During the conference days drinking water will be served in bottles with your company logo.

 

Congress APP - DKK 25.000 + production cost

The congress APP will be available for Android and Iphone a couple of weeks prior to the Conference. The app will feature programme, general information, abstracts, exhibition floor plan and sponsorships. Your company logo is visible on the front page of the APP.

 

Exhibition only (floor space)

Price for floor space is DKK 2.200 per square meter excluding VAT (discount for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors). Minimum 9m2 stand is sold – no maximum. Please note that floor space, 1 stand staff per stand (9m2), one table, one chair, electricity only, is included in the price. 

 

Extra stand staff: DKK 1.200,00 + 25%VAT

 

Exhibition

The exhibition area is located in the heart of the venue – in the foyer and at the balconies at The Concert Hall, Aarhus. It will include exhibition, catering and lounge areas.
