Payment Terms
Invoices are issued by KongresKompagniet on behalf of the Danish Society for Clinical Biochemistry, CVR number: 19582116. KongresKompagniet will send the invoice after receiving the registration. Payment terms: 30 days from receipt of the invoice. Payments are in Danish kroner, and any payment fees are the responsibility of the sender.
Exhibitor Staff Fee
If you are unable to attend, it is possible to transfer your spot to a colleague at no extra charge. Cancellations made by April 16, 2025, will qualify for a refund of the exhibitor staff fee, minus a cancellation fee of DKK 500 including VAT. Cancellations made after April 16, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Terms
These terms apply to exhibit bookings, sponsorships, and company symposia. Any refunds will occur after the event. If an exhibitor or sponsor wishes to cancel their booking, it must be done in writing to KongresKompagniet at dskb@kongreskompagniet.dk. If a booking is fully or partially cancelled before March 11, 2025, the invoiced amount will be refunded minus 25%. Cancellations between March 12 and April 25, 2025, will receive a 30% refund, BUT ONLY if the booth/sponsorship is sold to another party. No refund will be given for cancellations after April 25, 2025.
Force Majeure
Cancellation – Relocation of Conference – Virtual Execution
In the event that war, lockouts, fire, legislative changes, or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control hinder or make it impossible to carry out the conference, the organizers are entitled to relocate the entire event or parts of it to another location, postpone the event to another time, hold the event virtually, or cancel the agreement. The organizers will not be obligated to pay compensation to sponsors and exhibitors or refund any paid stand rental/sponsorship fees.
Credit Card Payment
Payment by credit card is recommended as registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. After the registration process, you will receive an invoice/receipt by email. The registration fee will be charged to your credit card immediately after purchase. There is an additional 3.50% fee for using a company credit card.
Bank Transfer Payment
Bank details are provided on the invoice sent to you digitally. Please ensure that the registration fee is transferred to this bank account within 10 days of registration. Note that a handling fee of DKK 100.00 including 25% Danish VAT will be charged for invoicing via invoice/EAN. Important Note: From May 6, 2025, it will only be possible to pay by credit card.
