Biography
Jessica Calderon-Mora, DrPH, received her master’s and doctoral training at the UTHealth School of Public Health with a focus on health promotion and behavioral sciences. Her work focuses on health disparities and cancer prevention in the Latinx community.
She has served as co-investigator, co-program director and program director for several Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas-funded prevention programs. Her research focus has been primarily on cervical cancer screening and the human papillomavirus vaccination. Dr. Calderon-Mora is currently working to expand her work in HPV self-sampling and cervical cancer prevention among the Latinx community throughout Texas.

Biography
Paul Doria-Rose received his PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Washington in 2001, and his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in 1996. He is a Program Director in the Healthcare Assessment Research Branch at the US National Cancer Institute. In this role, he coordinates large research initiatives focused on cancer care delivery in community settings, including Population-based Research to Optimize the Screening PRocess (PROSPR). His personal scientific interests are in the evaluation of cancer screening effectiveness, especially the balance of screening benefits and harms and adherence to guideline-recommended screening-related care.

Biography
Tatjana Kofol Bric works in the field of public health in Slovenia. Her topics are reporting on health status of the population, health inequalities, development of indicators and surveys.
From 2013 she is involved in managing organised population based colorectal cancer screening - Program Svit. In TOGAS and EUROHELICAN project and EUCanScreen joint action she is coordinator of NIJZ project activities on gastric cancer prevention research.

Biography
David Weller is currently James Mackenzie Professor of General Practice at the University of Edinburgh. He has been involved in cancer research in both Australia and the UK; he led the evaluation of the UK Pilot of Colorectal Cancer Screening, and his group in Edinburgh run a programme of research focusing on the roles of primary care in all aspects of cancer control. More recently he has led LMIC programmes examining early diagnosis and screening in resource-poor settings. David works as a GP in central Edinburgh. He is Director of the University’s Centre for Population Health Sciences.
