Biography
Scott Antle is a Provincial Manager in the Cancer Care Program of Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services where he manages the Newfoundland and Labrador Colon Screening Program, the Smoking Cessation in Cancer Care Program and co-manages the Cervical Screening Initiatives Program. He is a member of multiple screening networks with the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer and volunteer chair of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Alliance for the Control of Tobacco.

Dr Caroline Mason Mohan (MB BS FRCPI FFPHMI MRCGP MPH) is a medical graduate from the University of London. She worked as a Consultant in Public Health Medicine in Northern Ireland. Dr Mason Mohan is currently a Consultant in Public Health Medicine and Director of Public Health (DPH) in the National Screening Service (NSS) in Ireland. She was the Interim Clinical Director for the CervicalCheck screening programme from February 2020 – September 2020 and implemented the HPV screening programme during her tenure. She has led on addressing inequity, strengthening quality assurance and embedding Patient Public Partnership strategy across the NSS.

Dr. Ethna McFerran, a Cancer Health Economist at Queen's University Belfast, has specialised in oncology health economics since beginning her nursing career in 2003. With a PhD in cancer health economics (2018), her work drives evidence-based decision-making and policy to improve cancer outcomes.
She recently secured funding to model lung cancer screening health economics in Ireland/ Northern Ireland, focusing on health equity and early detection. A leader in cross-sector collaboration, Dr. McFerran has made significant contributions to cancer care policy, cost-effectiveness analysis, and digital health innovation, advocating for equitable healthcare and advancing health systems to support better cancer outcomes.

Electra D. Paskett, Ph.D., became the Marion N. Rowley Professor of Cancer Research at The Ohio State University in 2002. She is the Director of the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control in the College of Medicine, a professor in the Division of Epidemiology in the College of Public Health, Deputy Director for Population Sciences and Community Outreach and Founding Director of the Center for Cancer Health Equity at the James Cancer Hospital.

Lori Sakoda, PhD, MPH, is a translational epidemiologist and research scientist at the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Division of Research, who is dedicated to advancing early detection, control, and effective and equitable care of lung and other cancers. She is also an Associate Professor of Health Systems Science at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine. Her research primarily encompasses evaluating patterns of care, health disparities, and outcomes along the continuum from pulmonary nodule evaluation to lung cancer treatment and survivorship, as well as assessing the application of risk prediction models to optimize cancer screening.

Kerryann Wyatt is an experienced researcher specialising in designing, evaluating, analysing and reporting health campaigns, programs and research. At the Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer, she leads behavioural research to inform state and national screening and early detection campaigns, including identifying underscreened groups, understanding audience profiles, barriers, facilitators and information needs, testing key messages and evaluating campaign and program impact. She works closely with program staff to shape and assess strategies to increase cancer screening participation rates in Victoria and nationally. Her contributions are essential to developing evidence-based strategies to improve public health outcomes and early detection of cancer.
