Cervical Cancer Screening in Brazil: A 10 years trend preliminary analysis
Biography
Dr. Beatriz Jardim is an epidemiologist with a 25-year career in cancer research at the National Cancer Institute of Brazil. She has made significant contributions to the management of health information systems and cancer epidemiology research. Currently, she is dedicated to cancer screening and serves as a postdoctoral fellow at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organization (WHO).

Biography
Tina Bech Olesen holds an MSc Epidemiology from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and an MSc and PhD in Public Health Science from the University of Copenhagen.
Tina works as a researcher at UNICCA - University Research Clinic for Cancer Screening, Department of Public Health Programmes, Randers Regional Hospital in Randers, Denmark.
Tina's main research areas are participation in cancer screening across the three cancer screening programmes, performance of the screening programmes according to European guidelines and improvements to the cancer screening programmes.

The DECODE trial; a cluster randomised controlled trial of a health literacy intervention for colorectal cancer screening, targeting GPs and patients in disadvantaged areas in France
Biography
Niamh Redmond is an experienced researcher/ clinical trial manager and methodologist, predominantly working in primary care in the UK and France over the last 20 years. She has managed clinical trials and collaborated on intervention studies in different public health areas from childhood respiratory illnesses and eczema, osteoporosis in older women and drug addiction in sex workers, often in large multidisciplinary teams.
She is based at the University of Toulouse in the Centre for epidemiology and research in population health (CERPOP) since 2020 focussing on interventional research projects to reduce social inequalities in health.

Biography
Sue is Professor of Psychology at the University of Sheffield in the UK. Her research focuses on understanding and addressing inequity in cancer screening and vaccination uptake. She currently holds an NIHR funded award exploring how to improve access to cervical screening for physically Disabled people (https://www.dev.fundingawards.nihr.ac.uk/award/NIHR204322).

Cervical Cancer Screening and Risk Factor Prevalence by Sexual Identity: A Comparison Across Three National Surveys in the United States
Biography
Jenny Spencer, Ph.D., employs econometric and decision science methods to improve health equity in cancer screening and prevention, including disparities in cervical, breast, and colorectal cancer. This includes projects in HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening with NCI’s CISNET cervical collaborative, modeling approaches to improve colorectal cancer screening in Texas, and a K01 award to study breast and cervical cancer screening disparities for LGBQ+ women. Spencer earned her master’s and Ph.D. from UNC Chapel Hill and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Harvard School of Public Health.

Biography
Dr. Jill Tinmouth is a gastroenterologist and a clinical epidemiologist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center in Toronto, Canada. She is also the Lead Scientist for Ontario’s colorectal cancer screening program, ColonCancerCheck, and is Provincial Medical Director, Cancer Control at Ontario Health, as well as being a Senior Adjunct Scientist at ICES and a Professor at the University of Toronto. Dr. Tinmouth’s research examines the the effectiveness of population-based colorectal cancer screening, focussing on colorectal cancer program design, colonoscopy quality as well as disparities in the delivery of cancer screening services.
