We look forward to welcoming you to the Scandinavian Sports Medicine Congress 2025.

The congress takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark and the venue is the centrally located Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen.

Below you can see the stands that are still for sale - and on the interactive floor plan you can see where the stands are located.

If you wish to book a stand, please click "create new booking" to create a new user/account.
If you have an account already, please write your e-mail address and password and click "sign in". Then you will be able to see/edit your existing booking.

Information about the stands
There are two different types of stands:
In total 4 premium stands, each 1,50 m deep and 3 m wide. All premium stands are open without any walls.
In total 24 exhibition stands, each 2 m deep and 3 m wide. All exhibition stands are with a back wall, and open to each side.

It is possible to buy more exhibition stands next to each other, if required.

Both the organizers, KongresKompagniet and the venue Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen will do their utmost to comply with any special wishes for your stand. 

It will be possible to build-up the stand on Thursday morning January 23 from 07.00 to 11.00. All stands must be dismantled at the latest Friday afternoon January 24 at 18.00, as the room will be used for another event. It will be possible to send exhibition material to the venue in advance. More information in the Exhibitor Manual which will be sent during December 2024.
